being present , The following proceedings were h_ad , to-wit : --
In matter of agreement by and between The T. H. I. & E. Traction Co.
and the City of .Richmond , Indi ana, hearing on which was continued to
this date , in matter of Electric High Tension Line , from Sub Station.
of said company on National hoar]. to Abington Pike , was again contin-
ued to Thursday Apri 1 17th, 1924.
The Board. granted permissi o n to Thos . Nobi nson to cut the - cti rb at
Lot 106 , Official Map , City for dri veray.
The Board- granted permission to Geo. M. Elliott to. cut the curb for
dri veway at 1412 north „C„ Street ,
The Board approved a gre ere nt with Milton Atkinson', . for the construct-
ion of electric transmission & distribution line across the east side
of Lot No. 8 Richmond Trading S; Mfg. Co. , addition.
The Board- award contract to Levi H. Jones, to fio.rnish all material &
labor and to re-roof the building at the disposal ,_plant in back; of
Ee.rlham Cernetery ,with the best 3 ply Barrett reefing either redi or
green for- the sum of ;'l50 .00. j

All bids for: roadway bei ng above the engineers est it to , Z. B. Pyle
bid bei ug the lowest , after consulting wi th Mr. Pyle , he agreed to
take. the contract for said pavement according- to his bid for cement .
sidewalk, curb & gutter and roadway at the engineers estivate of
5,$,4.00 per square yard. if bri ch pavement is us ed , the Board there--
upon designate that said street be paved usi ng bri ch as provided
in said resolution.
The Board. approved agreement signed by D. C. Hess Sup' t of City
Municipal Electric Lighti ng & Power Plant and the C . & 0. iiy.Co.
in mat ter of swi tch track at said plant, said spur leading from
said companies main track and refer the same to City Attorney.
- The Clerk_ was directed to prepare an ordinance •for the appropriation •
of •„13•, 500.00 for Trifle Pumping Engi ne 'for fire depart ment .
