The Boa rd o-f Public ,corks of the City of icichmond, Indians, met
in_regular sessi on at the office of said Board Monday March 3rd ,
19.34 , at 9 o`clock . :.i. A11 the membe rs of said Board Messrs
Land , McPai 1 and Henley being present . The following proceedings
were had , to -wit :_--
The Board met to hear all persons interested or chose property is
affe cted by the impr ove ment of Southwest 10th Street , by cement
sidewalks , curb && Flutters and paving the roadway, from Main Street
to J- a tionad. load, under Improvement: i-es0lutic n No. 70a--1924, a
remonstrance having been filed acai nst said improvements , the
Board on motion rescind the resolution on account of not be ing
able to get the Gas Cc. , to lay c .ins in said street .
In ma ter of Improvement Rescluti.cn No . 716 --1924, for the improve-
ment of the alley between South 9th &; 10th Street, from South "A"
to 1st alley south of Main by cement roadway, was agui n continued
to March. 6th, 1924 .
The Board. met to hear all persons intere sted or Wh_o , e property is
affected under Declaratory Res olutio n No. 173-1924 , to condemn
appropriate a pert of the Northwest :2,uarter Section 6 , Township
13,- nor- th , mange 1,r•est ( containing 7 .79 acres more or less) by
the City of Richmond. , Indiana , for Park purposes. rafter hearing
the objections of Tross Laberson owner of said ground . The Board
on motto n confi lined all action taken by -said Bo ard. and now direct
that list or roll be prepare of ally owners •or property benefi -
ci ally affected which list or ro11 shall describe the property
injuriously affected.
The Board_ met to hear all persons interested or nccse property is
affected by the condemnation &, appropriation of a re.rt of the South-
west C.usrter Sectic ri 31, to?unship 14 , Range- 1 , west, reader Declar-
atory Resolution No. 174-1924, property owned by Sarah Gilbert ,
