AMENDING & SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE IX, ENTITLED
"ENFORCEMENT OF TITLE 39 ON PRIVATE PROPERTY ",
CHAPTER §254 "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" OF THE CODE
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough ") as follows:
Section 1 §254 -62, entitled "Locations for enforcement' is hereby amended
and supplemented to add the following:
"G. 8001 -8003 Roosevelt Avenue, Prologis"
The balance of said Paragraph shall remain unchanged.
Section 2 All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to
the section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision so
adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed
valid and effective.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.

The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the
Council of the Borough of Carteret held D — 2017 when it
was adopted on first reading. The said ordinance will be further
considered on second reading for final adoption at a meeting of
said Council of the Borough of Carteret on December 28 -2017 at
approximately 6:00 P.M., Borough Hall /Council Chambers, 61 Cooke
Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey at which time and place all persons
interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
