RESOLUTION NO. ~~~~
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
SCHEDULE/PLANS OF OPERATIONS ON PROJECTS INVOLVING
THE QUICK-TAKE LEGISLATION PROPERTIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. There is hereby confirmed/adopted aconstruction schedule/plan of operation for the
Southwest water main and sewer force main/lift station extension. Work commenced in
approximately August, 2004 and is expected to be completed within 30-60 days of acquisition of
the remaining parcel.
2. There is hereby adopted a construction schedule/plan of aperation for roadway
extension and signalization at the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and 135t" Street. Work is
expected to commence in March, 2005 and be completed by the end of July, 2005.
