RESOLUTION NO. 1431
A RESOLUTION AUTORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY TO ESTABLISH A PUBLIC
ROADWAY AND SUB-SURFACE FACILITIES EASEMENT CROSSING
THE COMMONWEALTH EDISON PROPERTY ON 127TH STREET EAST
OF U.S. ROUTE 30.
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield has requested an easement from Commonwealth
Edison for the purpose of construction of a Public Roadway and Sub-surface Facilities Project on
127th Street.
WHEREAS, Commonwealth Edison has provided an agreement to convey these needed
easements to the Village of Plainfield
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustee of the
Village of Plainfield that the Commonwealth Edison Public Roadway and Sub-surface Project
Easement agreement, dated September 20th, 2004, is acceptable and that the Village President be
authorized to execute this agreement.
