The Board directed the Clerk to notify the Mayor„ Secy Board of
Health & Ccuncil, to get together and make some arrangements in
regard to removing the Small ?cm?: Detention House , by December 15th.

The Board of Public iVorks of the City of I(.1chmond- , Indiana , met in
regular session at the office of said Board Monday November 26th,
1'923, Messrs , l cF ail and Henley present , Mr. Land , absent ; Two mem-
bers of said Board being present . the following proceedings were had
• to-wit . -
• The Board approved a primary assessr,-P•nt roll under Improvement Reso-
lution No. 649-1922, for the construction of cement curb & gutter on
both sides of North 19th Street, from Main Street to the iLai lroa.d.
The Boardcrnroved a primary assessment roll for the paving of I,teeves-
• ton road, from South 18th to 23rd St , Also; South 21st Street ,from
South "B" St. to Reeveston hoad, under Improvement 1esolution No.
• 661 --1923.

'•for the cons t ucti on of San itar:T Sewer in• the alley between South
10th & llth, Street , from south "I" to "J" Street .
The Board directed the Clerk to prepare an ordinance for permission
to sell two 276 H. P. Sterl ing 6+at er tube boilers , of the I.I.E.B.& P. P.
and reruesting the Judge of s'iayne Circuit Court to anoint, appraisers
,. for said boilers .

' The street Commissioner retorted that one of his employees had met
with an accident on November 116th, 1923, by having a lard bowlder
fall into a manhole in which he was working , (nunc-Prctunct)4
} employees name Benjamin Bussen .
