The Board. of Public Works of . the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular sessio.n at the office of said Board Monday November 19th
1923, at 9 o clock A. M. All the membe rs of said Board Messrs Land ,
McFai 1 and Henley being present , .the following proceedings 'were had , •
to-wit :
The Fire Chief reported that the Richmond Labinet Co. , has agreed. •
to pay S100.00 toward the pa rment of. Fire Alarm Box, with alarm at-
• tached to their sprinkler sys tem the Board accepted the offer and
instructed Fire chief to attach sprinkler system to box when installed. •
Upon the rcommmendation of Fire Chief', the Board arfointed Levitt E.
Scott , as a- member of Fire Department No. 4 Hose Co.•
• The Sup't . , of Parks was directed to have the road roller us ed on
roads in Glen Miller Park this fall.
The Clerk was directed to write and reque st -John and Milton Atkin-
son to meet wi th. the Board on next Thursday A. M. at their meeting.
.- Also, A. Whiteley.
- The Board had a tentati ve meeting with the officials of the T. H.
I. & E. Traction Co. , on High voltage or transmission lines , which
was continued to Wednesday November 21 , 1923.
Claims to the amount ofi15, 306.90 were allowed, and the various
payrolls to November 17th , 1923, were approved. •

_ ing the City to 1 ,v.e water mains extended in South 22nd Street;
also South 21s't Street, between Reeveston Road & South "E". Street,

wi th Water, Works . -
