Monday Septamber 10th, 1923.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday September
10th, 1923, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Mx
Messrs, Land,- McFall and Henley being present. The following pro-
ceedings were had, to-wit :-
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract under
- Improvement Resolution No. 666-1923, for the improvement of South
17th Street , by constructing cement sidewalks on both' sides of said
street from Main to South "A" Street . The Board accepted the same
and approved a primary assessment roll therefore.
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract under
Improvement Resolution No. 678-1923, far the improvement of the al-
ley between North 12th & 13th Street, by constructing a cement roadwy
way the full width thereof, from North "AT' Street south to the 1st
alley north of Main Street. The Board accepted the same, and ap-
proved a primary assessment roll therefore.
The City Engineer reported' method, to stop the water from flowing from
the alley between Northwest 5th & 6th Street into No. 5 hose house;
was to construct . a. side ditch 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide on the west
side of the alley the full length thereof.
The Board then adjourned,
