The Board of Publ is -kV or . of the Ci ty of Rtiichmond, Iricliana, met in regular session al the offi ce of said Board, Monday • July 23rd 1923,- at 9 o clock A. M. All the members of said Board , Messrs , Land , McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings • • were had , to-wit : - . The Board approved a primary •asse .sment roll in the matter .of the improvement of Northwest - 6th Street, from Peace ck Road north to south line of Tract 588, Official Map , City ; Northwest _7th St. and Sedgwick. Street , by .constructing cement si.d ewalks, curb and gutter On both 'sides .arnd Bituminous Liacadam roadways, from Peacob Road to Richmond. Avenue' , under Impr0,7emerit Resolution No.. 617-1921 . The Board approved a primary assessment roll, for the improvement of Northwest Sth Street, by construe ti rig cement sidewalks, curb & gutter on both sides and concrete roa&way, from Peacock Road to i:iohriiorid Avenue . . ' • The Board meets to hear all persons interested in, or whose proper- tyis affected by the construction of a Sanitary Se;.:er. in South- west 5th. Street, from the Alley betvzeen 'Vest Lain and Southwest "A" Btreet , to Southwest "A" Street, as, provided under Improvement • esolution No. ' 695-1923. No •one appearing and no remonstrance hav- ing been •fi led . The Board decide •th.at . the benefits' to property ± liable to be assessed. for said improvement -are equal to the cost of same as reported b;;% the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the resolution was confirme th out modification.
