AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 MOAB CITY CODE 1965 AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH:
THAT Section 27-5-2 of the Ordinances of Moab City, 1965, as
amended, relating to the official zoning map of the City of Moab, be,
and the same is, hereby amended by the addition of the following:
"(R) The following described real property zoned C-5 Commercial
Zone, is hereby rezoned R-2 and R-4, Residential Zones.
Lot 70, Nichols -Bowen Plat,Bowen Subdivision,
Section 6, T 26 S, R 22 E, in SW4, SW4
Passed by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City
Council of the City of Moab, Utah this 5th day of December, 1978.
