VILLAGE OF IONA The regular meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Iona, in the County of Bonneville, State of Idaho, was held Thursday, the 14th day of February, 1963, at the hour of 1: 6' otclock P.M., in the home of Trustee Theo Bodily, Iona, Idaho, at which meeting there were present: Chairman: 'B Floyd Allen Trustees: Harold Steele Clifford Long Willis A. Storer TheoBodily constituting all the members thereof. There were also present: Village Clerk: Del Roy C. Bodily Village Engineer: David E. Benton. Thereupon the following proceedings, among others, were duly had and taken: Trustee .,r : tj introduced and moved the adoption of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL PLAT .OF. THE VILLAGE OF IONA AND DENNING ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF IONA, ESTABLISHING THE WIDTHS OF STREETS, BLOCKS AND ALLEYS; APPROVING THE LOCATION OF PERMANENT MONUMENTS, AND PROVIDING THAT THE VILLAGE CLERK SHALL HAVE SAID PLAT RECORDED WITH THE OFFICIAL PLATS IN THE COUNTY OF BONNEVILLE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE." It was moved by Trustee by Trustee j s 4` (t, and seconded: j: ;1-1— Z , that the rule requiring ordinances of a general and permanent nature to be fully and distinctly read on three different days be dispensed with, and that said ordinance be read in j¢ full and at length the first time, and by title only the second and third time, and placed upon its final passage at this meeting. -1- Thereupon, the Clerk was ordered to call the roll on said motion, and the roll call upon said motion was as follows: Those voting Aye: Those Voting Nay: T.
