The Board of Public forks of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday July 10th , 1923, _at 10 o' clock A. All the members of said Board Messrs , Iand,Mc ai 1 and Henley being .present , the following proceedings were had , to-wit : - The Clerk reported a petition had been filed for re-surfacing North and South 10th Street from North "A" to South ''A" Street vith Bitumi.- rious Macadam under 1mprove;_en1; _.esoluti on No. C08-1923 . After carefully viewing said petition signed by 7 property owners , the Board decides that as there are 21 resident property owners residing on said streets to be improved, the -petition is overruled and the Board award the contract for re-surfacing said streets , to The Andreriis 1,sphalt raving Co. , at the price of 5t:2. 23 per sq-yrd. submitted by them July 5th ,1923, for Sheet Asphalt as designated by said Board on said date . The City Engineer reported the completion of contract of isenbarger C, Jessup contractors for the improvement of Northwest Stir Street , under improvement Lesoluti on No. C 69-1923. The Board accept the same and n order an assessment roll -prepared. • The Clerk reported that the appraisers Dafler, "am. Stevens & Thos. Turner appointed by the Judge of 'Cayne Circuit Court , had made a report and appraised the Old N.y.port-furor Road Roller of the City and fixed the value of the same at ,,7 3 .00. A. Liumbower , to cut the curb for driveway on east side of North 2'5-rd Street Lot No. 99 , Grand Bvd. AC'd. The Board directed the Clerk to notify the L. P.
