regular session at the offi ce ' of seei_d Board Monday July '.16th , 1925,
at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs , Land , Mc-
k'ai. 1 and Henley being ' present , the following proceedings were had ,
to -wit
. The Board entered into contract with the Standard Oil Co. , to furnish
Engine and is-achine Oil to the Municipal Lie ctr is Lighting & Power
Plant .
Mr. Henley stated that whereas , Mr . John N. Lontz , had presented • to •
the City Parks 11 new lav>n mowers , he moved that the Board thru the
Cleric extend to Mr. Lontz , a vote of thanks and appreciation for
this splendid gift motion unanirnoas prevailed and Clerk so directed.
The Clerk was instructed to prep_ are an ordinance in sum of r2 ECG.00
for I . E. L. & F. P. insurance , for 1923.
The •Board received Deed signed by I oi�ert E. Heun anc1 Francis C. Henn Husband & Wife conveying to the City of Richmond , in!di ana , by 'arrant
Leed A part of Lot Number 9 , in Poe and Ilittle , lidditicn, for the
purpose of widening south 9th Ltrcet at "B" Street, consid eration
;50C.CC. The Board accepted the same and ordered the deed recorded.
The Board ar proved ci ty payrolls to July 13th , 1923.
