The Town of Brewster, by and through the Town Administrator (the “Town”), invites qualified
independent certified public accounting firms, licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts to submit written non-price technical proposals and in a separate envelope, fixed fee
price proposals to conduct the annual independent financial audit of the year-end financial reports of
the Town for Fiscal Years 2022, 2023, and 2024. Qualified firms are requested to submit proposals to
the Brewster Town Administrator at Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA no later than
11:00 AM on June 6,2022. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this
Request for Proposals (“RFP”) if it is in the Town's best interest to do so.

RFP documents may be obtained at the Office of the Town Administrator, 2198 Main St. Brewster, MA,
Monday-Thursday, 8:30am to 4:00pm or by email request to Donna J. Kalinick, Assistant Town
Administrator, dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov beginning May 9,2022.
The Town has determined that this procurement is not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, G.L.
c.30B. However, the Town has opted to follow the guidelines and provisions of G.L. c.30B which are
hereby incorporated by reference into this RFP, as are any other provisions of law that are applicable to
or are otherwise required to be made part of this RFP. It is the responsibility of proposers to know and
be familiar with all such provisions, as such provisions shall, if required by law, supersede any conflicting
provisions contained in this RFP.
