The -Board_ of Publ is 'r1Vor of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular session at the office of said Board , Thursday March
15th , 1923, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board ,
Messrs , Land , McFall and Henley being present , the following pro -
ceedings were had, to-wit : -
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement l:esolutio n No. 673-1923
for the improvement of the alley between North T'E" & "F" Street ,
by constructing a sanitary s ewer and cement roadway in said alley
from North 23rd to 24th :Utr eet.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution NO. 677-1923
for the improvement of _the alley between North 13th & 14th Street
by constructing. .a cement roadway in said alley , from North "D" to
North "E" Street.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 676-192 :
for the improvement of the• alley- be n South 8th & 9th Street
by constructing a cement rosilyay in said all ey , from South "C" to
South "E" Street.
Fermi ssi.on was granted Edgar Norris, to construct a cement curb &
gutter & dri.ve way curb along south side of his, property No. 303
North 9th Street ,the saiie being on north side of North "C" Street
running from North 9th Street to the alley, under private contract
subject to inspection and approval of the City Civil Engineer.
The Clerk was directed to notifzr the different plumbers in the
city that the City will receive bids on plumbi ng , for the Comfort
Station under Light Plant office , Thursday March 2 nd, 1923.
D. C. Hess,' Sup' t . M.E.L.& P.P. submitted proposals received by
him for the bri ck work in connection with betterments & additions

South 18th to 13rd St , and South 21st Street, from Reeveston head
