Thursday January 18th , 1922 .
The Board of Public 47orks of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular session at the office of said Boar4 Thursday January
18th , 1923, at 9 o' clock A'. M. All the membe, s of said Board
Messrs , Band , McFall and Henley being presei . The following
Proceedings were had , to-wit : - -
The Clerk reported the various complaints referred to them and the
City ,Civil Engineer the Board ordered a record made of the 'Richmond
Ave . Sidewalks for future referance .
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution Igo. 163--1923
for the vacation of the alley between North 13th & 14th Street,
from North "G" Street north to the 1st alley running east from al-
ley proposed to be vacated to North 14th Street.
. The City Engineer reported that John H. Nievoehner Plumber, had
• installed round seats in the toi lets at Glen Miller Park; whereas
under the verbal agreement .had , the seats should have been of the
"Split Seat" type . The Clerk was directed to notify said John H.
Niewoehner to make changes according to agreement . •
In matter of the installation of the Comfort Station in the base-
ment of H.E.L.F.; F.P. Offi ce , J.Ed.Higtgs , Buildi ng Inspector-, was
directed to make any changes in the plans and specifications for
said station, that he may deem to be essential & necessary to a
complete and satisfactory ins ts.11ati on, and the Board would back
him up in such changes.
The Board then adjourned ,
