WHEREAS, bids for sewer cleaning and internal inspection for the Town Center
area were received on September 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1999 the following bids was received:

Town Center Project area is hereby awarded to:
NATIONAL WATER MAIN CLEANING COMPANY
in the amount of $63,166.75.
Adopted this 12th day of October, 1999
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on October 13, 1999.
