being present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit
The Board approved a primary assessment roll iil the matter of the
construe tion of a Sanitary Sewer, bets,een. South j.th ,Street. and. the .
right-of-way of the C . & U. liailroad, from south TTD" to Street
under Improvement peso ltition :No. 637-1922 .
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in matter of improve-
ment of North 13th Street, by grading , grarelinig the roadway, con-
structing cement curb ,gutters & 6T sidewalks on both sides thereof,
from north "H" to 'PJ" Stre et, under Improvement Nesoluti0ih No. 646--

A petition for the vacation of the all ey between : North lath & 14th
B�•re et:from North G SGreei, north to the alley canning ease and
west , signesigned by Louis Sal o , the same was referred to the City
Civil Engineer for resolution & plans .
Upon the recommendati on of Fire Chief E. i+.. Miller, the Board ap-
riointe d Joseph B. Straye as a mem'oe r of the hire :Department .
Uparl recommendation of the City Controller, the Board directed the
Olerk to pr epare a: cr d finance . transferring 5 7 OC .C0 from cle antng
lake , and• 133 .85 from Motor '!'ruck Park Department to the Miscel-
laneous expenses of Park Department.
