J-ichmoncl, Indiana, met in. regular session at the office of said Board Thursday December 14th 1922, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs , Land ,. LicE'ail and Henley being present , the fo11 wing proceedings were had , to-wit : - I/ Mr. Levi Peacock, appeared before the Board in referance to a charge made against his property for the paving of Peacock Hoad at the Intersection of Northwest 8th Street on south side of said roadway, the whole of said eacot;k -Road being in the City, but Northwest 8th Street south of Peacock Road being out-side of City, the City Attorn- ey stated that as the Peacock Head. was all in the corporate limits of the City, the intersection mentioned was chargeable to the City, Upon motion of Mr. Henley, and the recommendation of the City -tty. Tne Board authorized the contractor E�;.M.Curtis, to submit the bill for said paving, and the Board approved a claim In the amount of 119 . 54, for said paving and ordered same paid out of ci ty's parts of improvements . The Board approved the contract & bond of John Y. Hipskind, contract- or for the construction of sewer in South "C" St . from 2'nd to 4th St. under Improvement Resolution No.657-1922. The Board approved and signed a contractors certificate in favor of Z. . B. Pyle Co. in amount of 8512,D of contract , ( y 11 , 990.22) based upon the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, for the improvement of NW. 6th St. NW.7th St. and Sedgwick Street, for cement curb ,gutters and sides alks , with bituminous macadam streets as provided under Improve- ment Resolution No. 617-1921. The City Civil Engineer re-ported the completion of Sanitary Sewer between South 4th St , and C . & 0. HR. from South "D" to "E" Street under Improvement -Resolution No.637-1922, the Board accepted the samE and ordered asset: sment roll prepared. The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of the improvement of North 13th Street, from North "H" to "J" Street , by constructing cement curb , gutters & sidewalks on both sides and grading & gravel- ing the rcadway between the points named, under. Improvement Nesolu-• tion i o. 646--1922. The Board accepted the same with the understanding that the city .roll the street in the spring, the cost thereof to be paid to city out of the 5; retained on said work, and ordered and assessment roll prepared for said contract .
