AMENDING RESOLUTION #17 -137
WHEREAS, the Governing Body previously adopted Resolution #17 -137 on August 17,
2017: and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body wishes to make a corrective amendment to said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That Resolution #17 -137 is hereby amended to designate
the Carteret Business Partnership as the payee therein.
2. A copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Carteret Business Partnership.
Adopted this 28` day of December, 2017
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 29, 2017.
