Monday November 27th , 1922 .
The Board of Public it,orks of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday November
27th , 1922, .at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs , Land, 1eFai1 dud Henley being present , the following pro-
c e edi ngs were had , to wwitThe Board granted permission to C . C. Fulghum, to cut curb and
construct a cement driveway over sidewalk at_ 217 Main Street,un-
der private contract, . subject to the inspect ion and approval of
the City Civil Engineer. •
The Clerk was. directed to request the Board of Police Commissioners
- to meet with them Monday Dec .4, 7 30 P.M. if convenient , or set time.
The Clerk was directed to request Harry Stillinger to meet with
them at their next meeting Monday Dec . 4th , 1922.
The Clerk was directed to. notify Thos . Nicholson, that matter of _
alley lighting was continued until report is had of survey being
made by Sup' t. of Light Plant .
The Board meets to .hear remonstrances , if any, of persons primari-
' ly assessed on account of improvement of lst alley- south of Main
Street, by cement roadway from South 21st to 22nd Street, under
Improvement Resolution No. 624-1922 . No one , appearing or remon-
strating , the Board approved a final assessment roll confirming in
all things the original assessment roll heretofore approved, and
now direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance .
The Board meets to hear remonstrances , if any, of persons pri_mari-
' • ly assessed on account of the improvement of the 1st- alley south
of North "A" Street , by cement roadway from North 7th to 8th Street
under Improvement Resolution No. 633-1922. No one . appearing or re-
monstrating , the Board approved a final assessment roll confirming
in all things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved',
and now direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department
of Finance .
Clerk was directed to notify Mr. Hugs , not to issue permit for
erection of building. at South 9th & "E" Str eet s , until further
orders from Board.
The Board approved bills to the 'amount of 4 9 59l .98 ,
The Board approved various payrolls up to November 25th, 1922.
