The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met in
Speci al session at the office of said Board Saturday November 25th ,
1922, at 11 o' clock A. M. The following members of said Board,
Messrs , McFail and Henley pre sent , Mr. rand Absent ; Two members of
said Board being present , the following proceedings were had,to-wit :

Pursuant- to advertisement, the Board met to receive bi ds for the
improvements of Westb7th Street; also Main Street, under Improvement
Resolutions numbered 640-1922 R, 641-1922.
The Board reaeived"bids- for the improvement, of Northwest 7th Street
from Peacock Road to Main Street and West Main Street from •8th to
the west corporation line , as provided for under Improvement reso-
lution No. 640-1922, as follows to -wit : -

The Board received bids for the improvement of Southwest 7th Street .
from West Main Street to the National Road , by constructing cement
roadway, curb & gutter on both sides and repairing sidewalks were
needed , as provided for under. Improvement Resolution No. 641-1922, •
