Thursday November 23rd, 1922.
The Board of Public works of the City of j ichmond , Indiana, met-
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday November
23rd , 1922, at 9 o' clock A. M. The following members of said Board
being present , viz : Messrs , McFall and Henley, Absent , Mr. Land ;
Two members of said Board being present , the following proceedings
were had , to`wit : -
The Board upon the recommendation of the City Civil. Engineer, fix
the price to be charged to Vim. Jones, for tapping sewer in Main
Street at his premises No. 110 Main Street, Lot No. 7 , in the Morro
rison Addition.
The City Civil, Engineer was instructed to have the corners on the
east side of. North 5th Street at North "A" Street, cut and set back
so as t,o give more room in the street at the intersection of the
roadways
The Clerk was directed to notify W. W. Kehlenbrink, to remove the
posts and awning or cove ring from the s id ewalk on east si de of
Street at his place of business No. 47 North 5th Street at corner
of North 5th & "A" Streets, in order that the corner at this inter-
secti on with "A" Street call be widened, as the same is a menace to
Public Safety.
The Board allowed claims to the amount of 4)8 ,14-8 .98
The Board approved the various city payrolls to Nov. 18, 1922. '
