Complaint was made that prop,erty owners west of Northwest 6th Street
jusl., outside of City , tapped a city sewer yesterday, this property
being outside of corporate limits , and not having 'been assessed for
said sewer , the, said owner had no rip:ht to ta-r, the same., without the
permi ssion •of Board and payment for same at the rate other prc- 1-;erty

The Board directed the Clerk to request the prop erty owners on Hain
Street, from 6th to 91:1-. Street , to a7, pear .., e'fore the Board on next
