The Board of Fublic 7+c7rhs of the City of hichmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thersday October
12th , 1922 , at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs,
Lariii, McFall & =enley being present , the fol lo71slg proceedings were
had to-wit : -
The Board meets to hear remonstrances , if any, of persons primarily
assessed on account of the improvement of the Peacock head , by grad-
ing, construction of cement curb with 12" gutters ; Gft. cement side-
walks and concrete pavement 8 ' Wide on both sides thereof, from the

Street , under Improvement riesciuti.on No. 615-1921 . No one appearing
or remonstrating the Board approved a final assessment roll , confirm-
ing the original assessment roll as heretofore arproved, and now
direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance .
The Board meets to hear remonstrances , if any, of persons primarily
assessed on account of construction of a 5' cement sidewalk on the
north side of North "B" Street from" North 14th to 15th Street , Un-
der Improvement 1tesolutio:n No. 648-1922. No one appearing or remon -'
strating, the Board approved a filial assessment roll , confirming in
all things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved. And
now the Board direct the same be transmitted fothwith to the Depart-
ment of Finance .
-The Board approved a primary assessment roll for the construction
of cement roadway in the alley be tv:een South 10th & !.LAP_ Street .
from south "B" to "Cy Street improvement Iesoluti oe No.622-1922.
The Board accepted the contract, and al-proved a primary assessment
roll for the constructi on of a cement roadway in the alley between
North 9th & 10th street , running from North "B" St . to the 1st al-
ley north of Eort.th .'A„ Street, under Improvement hesolution No.628-
1922.
The Board accepted the contract , and approved a primary assessment
roll for the construction of cement roadway in the 1st alley north
of Main Street, from North 12th to 15th street, under improvement
hesoluti on No. 630-1922. - -The Board accepted the contract, and approved a primary assessment
roll for the construction of cement roadway in alley betw.een South
15th & 1Gth Street from South "A" Street to the 1st alley south of
Main street, under Improvement hesoluti on. No.G45-19-22.
Complaint was made of Clarence 6ennett , dumping debris in alley
between S . 1 ltl & 18th St. in rear of property, referred to City Atty.
The Clerk was directed to not ' ';- h y Stevens, of Light Plant to have
the alley traffic signs made byl the Richmond Sign System ,J1.00
each, the city to have the stenci is atter said signs are made.
