The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met regular session at the office of said Board Monday September 25th , 1922, at 9 o' M. All the membe rs of said Board Messrs , Land, IlcFail and Henley being present , the following pro • - ceedings were had , to-wit : - The Board approved a plat represent, ng 8 town lots numbered from 1 to 8 inclusi ve on south si de of 1 eacb ek Road , to be known as the Peacock. Sub-Divisi cn of Lots Numbered 1, 2, 6 & 7 , of Levi Peacocks 1st Additi on to the City of Richmond , Inds ana , lying east and 17?st of J . 6th S tr eet The Board approved- a .plat representing 8 town lots numbered from 1 to 8 , and being situate in Tract No. 581 , Official Map, of City to be known as Agnes M. King Addition to City of Richmond ,bounded as follows , south side of Pearl Street to the Alley known_ as the ' Ynollenberg Lane, between Northwest 5th & 6th Street. The Board al.Droved a pri waxy assessment roll in matter of Improve- ment Resolution No. 648-1922, for the construction of cement si de- walk on north side of North `ID" from North 14-th to 15th Street.
