The Board of Public Works of the City of i i.chmoiid , Indiana , met in
regular session at the office of said Board Thursday August 17th,
1922, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs , Land', •
McFall and Henley being present, the following proceedings were
had,, to-wit : - • -
The Board meets to hear remcnstrances , if any, of persons primarily •
assessed on account of theimprovement. of North "Dr" Street, by con-
• str ucting cement curb 20, gutters on both sides , from North 12th to
13th Street, under Improvement -Resolution No.634-192a. After hearing
all persons interested who appeared, the board approved a final assess- •
-
merit roll, confirming in all -things the. original assessment roll as
heretofore approved, and directed the assessment roll be forthwith
transmitted to the Department of Finance .
The Bca..rdnmeets, to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons prthmari.ty -
assessed onaccount of the improvement of North "D" Street , .by con-
structing a cement sidewalk on south side of street from North 13th
St. to the alley west , under Improvement Resolution Igo. 639-1922. .
No one remonstrating, the board approved a final assessment roll,
confirming in all things the original assessment roll as heretofore
approved, and :directed the assessment roll -be fcrthwi th transmitted
to the Department of Finance,. .

ing the roadway with C onCre to , from Main to- South "A" Street, under
Improvement Resolution No. 610-1921 . No one appearing and no remon •

. strance. having been filed, the Board approved a final assessment
roll, confirming in all things the primary assessment roll as here-
tofore approved, and directed the same be transmitted forthwith to
the Department of Finance .
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of the
improvement of South & 'North 3rd Street, from South "A" Street to
North "D" Street, by, paving the roadway wi th Concrete, etc , under
Improvement Resolution No. 611-1921.
The Board granted permission to Truman Kenworthy, to cut the curbs •
for driveways, at No' s , 731-733-7-38 & 742 Southwest "A" Street.
The Board approved'the . contract & bond of Daniel G. Burkhardt ,
contractor under Improvement Resolution No., . 648--1922.
The Board received communication from the National Board of Fire
Underwriters , stating report on Survey of Richmond , would not be
distributed until about the middle. of September.

The Street. Commissioner was directed to change the sign at West 5th
and Center St , so the arrow will point in proper direction; also
to stop duni ng in river .bottom, and to dump along the line of
•Southwest' Sewer System.
City iittorney was directed to notify Frank Ycungfl esh, to have the
fence moved south to property line between the Market Lot and his
. lot on South 6th Street.
