and Henley , being present , the following proceedings were ad, -wit :
The Board arproved a pri.mary assessment roll in the matter of vacating
alley between N.a'V`. 5th & 6th Street , from Pearl Street south , under
Declaratory lie()luti on. No. 161-19224 and fix Aug. • 31 st ,1922 as a
date for final bean ng on assessment of benefits & damages.
The Board' arproved a primary assessme.at roll in ma of condemnat-
ion and at,pro priation of sufficient lots & land for right -of-way to
construc+., & maintain a sewer between South 4th Street & right -of-way

The Clerk was directed to wri to to Nat .onal Board of Fire Und erwri tens
requesting report on the recent survey made in the City.
The Fire Chief was directed to Tyr chase Battery for, Market Masters
Automobile .
Upon the recommendation of Fire Chief Miller, the Board accept the
Triple Combination Pumping Engine Hose i agon purchased of the Am-
erican La-France Fire Engine C olin?an y.

The Board received bids for the construction of cement sidewalk on
north sid e of North "D" Sti-~eet , from North 14th to 15th Street under
Improvement !iesolution No. 648 -1922, as follows:
" Daniel G. Burkhardt , bid:
Cement sidewalk , also cross=walks ---------- 00. per 7q-foot .
Daniel G. Burkhardt bid being the only one received and being
within the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, the contract was
on motion awarded to said Daniel G. Burkhardt .

The Loard granted the Wayne County Hog Breeders Association per-

Chautauqua i ssociation and nosefelt Field for holding their fall
Stock shop', this all , they to place the grounds in as good con-
dition after said show, as the same 'there in,bef:are having said
exhibition.
