Mayor Groniriga presiding, councilmen present LuHe-Tjaden-Starr-Huisman-Eckhoff.
Council met with Underground construction Co., and agreement was reached
that said co is to restore all streets cut for pipeline rock and cold mix
blacK top.
On motion. by Luwe second by Huisman council adjourned.

Mayor GRoninga Presiding all councilmen present.
Council met with Robert Sprague of The United Telephone Co.�and gave
permission to said co. to put duct under Adams St.� at Fourth St. to
fill this fall with rock and cold mix, and to refill next spring to
street level.
