The Board of Publ'i c I orks of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met in
regular session at the office of x.id Board , Thursday June 15th,1922,
at 9 of clock . h. Messrs , I'.Icrail & :1e ey present , Absent , Mr.
Land . Two members of said Board being pre sent . The following proceed-
ings were had , to-Wit : -
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is
affected by the improvement of the alley between South 17th & l8th
Street, by construe ping a cement roadway from South' "A" Street to
north to rminous of' alley ; thence east to South 18th Str ee t, under
Improvement Resolution No . 642-1922 . A remonstrance signed by 17
persons was presented , and of ter hearing all -persons interested who
- appeared before the Board , the Board takes said improvement under
advisement and fix the date of hearing of remonstr-ance to Monday
June 19th , 1922, and refer said remonstrance to City Er!,,ineer for
investi gation and report. •
The Board meets to hear all persons interested Gr whose property is
affected by the improvement of the alley bete:een South 15th & 16th
St , by cement roadway from 1st alley south of Main t0 South "A" 5t .
under Improvement resolution No. 643-1922. After hearing all persons
interested who appeared. (no one appearing ) the Board decide that the
benefi is to fir operty liable to be assessed for said. improvements are
equal to the cost of same as reported by the' City Engineer, and there-
upon tare final action, the resolution being confirmed without modi-
fica.tiGn.

St. from North I'Bff to "1:'' Street, A remonstrance having been filed

Upon pet tioi. the Board_ granted Clyde 0luxton, permission to cut the
cu rip for driveway at 801 south 11th Street-. .
A petition for cement roadway in the alley 1st south of La ize. Street . .
from South 20th to °;1_st Street, was -ore sel:ted and referred to the
City Enid neer for plans, e tc .
The Board aprro'ved. the contract and bond of Beniel C. Burkhc.rdt,
contractor under lmpro vemel t Ne elati on No. 638-1922 .
The Clerk was directed to notifJ,Michard Study to• remove the brick
from the alley abutting his property between South 1th & 14th St.
1:moo t0 fi nd out who Omits the property abutting Gil South. "B" Street
north' side between 16th &: alley bet . 17 th & 18th St , and, notify them
to cut weeds and trim locusts trees .
