The Board Public �JGi kS of_ the City? nichmond , Indiana , met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday June 12th,
1922, at 9 ZO o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board,' Messrs,
- Land , McFall & Henley, being present , the following proceedings
were had, to-wit : -
The Board ar pro pied a primary assessment t roll in the matter of the
improvement of South ' L1 Street by constructing cement sidewalks
on both sides thereof, except, where same is already laid and in
good condition, from South llth to 14th Street , under Improvement
Resolution No . 618-1922
The Board approved a primary assessment roll under Improvement Reso-
lution No. G21 -192 2, f or ' the construction of a sanitary sever in
South Gth Street, from the South "H" .street Trunk sewer in said 6th
Street to where the 0 . & 0. Railroad crosses said South G th Street .
The Boavd approved the contract & bond of the Richmond B.iect:i is Co.
contractors for the installation of the Ornamental Lighting System
South 7th Street from Main to SouthImprovement
"A" Street , under
Resolution 110. 6Z2-19 22. -
The Board upon the recommendation t . E. Miller Fire Chief, apointed
Robert McKinley Justice as extra fireman.
The Board directed the Clerk to request the members of the Common
Council to meet with them in their office Friday June 16th, 1922
at 7 ZO P. M. to take up the matter of insurance on various city
property and consultation in matter of fire hydrants and any other
ma t t e r wL!i c h may come before them.
