regular session at the office of said Board_ Thursday April 27th,
1922, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said- Board being Ares
ent Messrs, Land, Mcraiiln& Henley, the following proceedings were
had, to-wit : -

The Board decide to end the controversy between Wm. Settles and
MG C .Harsh, in batter of rental of City Lot No. 25, by letting to
each of the above persons one half of the lot , M.C .Harsh to have
the N . , and Wm. Settles to have the S. .
The Board decide to install a silent policeman or "Safety Traffic
Sign" , at North 7th Street & Ft-Wayne Ave .
The Board grant permission to construct private driveways as fol-
lows , G. G. Miunix, at 1521 North "B" Street ; and I.G.Sinith, at
1301 South T"A" Street . The Board granted Albert Hatch, permission
to con eruct a sewer under private contract in rose Hill,Addition,
in the alley between Southwest 1st & Southwest 2nd Street.
The Board received bids for the improvement of Center Street , by
constructing cement curb with 1' apron on both sides of street , ce;
grading & paving the roadway with one of the following kinds of
Csmoderncity pci�/6i ci1t to -wit : - Brick - Concrete - Asphalt- or
Creosoted 'Wood-Block, from Northwest 2nd to Northwest 5th Street ,
under Iinprov-e._nent £resolution No. 625-1922, as follows :
