The matter of Richmond Age , & NW. 2nd. St , referred tc City, Ln iaeei' ,
the ' ngineer reported that the gutter on 1.B. corner of said streets
would be relaid as soon as possible ; the holes in Richmond Ave , are
which trouble the city

will be constantly be confronted with on this street , stat lag the
heavy traffic is no doubt, responsible of this trouble, but is the
type of pavement the property owners wanted, it emphasises the fact
that the choice of pavement should be in the hands of those who 1 uow
traffic conditions , and not the property owners who usually want the
lowest cost pavement regardless of conditions . Depressions in as'pbal
streets will be repaired as soon as we can get around to them.
