JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION

THURSDAY, JULY 22, 1999 5:30 P.M. WATER PLANT
The Greencastle Common Council and Park Board of Commissioners met in ajoint Executive
Session, Thursday, July 22, 1999, 5:30 p.m. at the Greencastle Water Plant. Mayor Michael
called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the following were found to be present: Councilor
Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Baynard and Councilor Masten. Councilor Green arrived
at 5:50 p.m. Park Board of Commissioner members present: Sharon Pitcock, Becky Harlan and
Mace Terry. Mike Rokicki was absent. Also present was Park Director Kathy Staton.
Real Estate Acquisition, I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(D), was discussed. No other items were
discussed.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor Hammer. Vote was
unanimous.
