A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY TO ESTABLISH A WATER MAIN
EASEMENT CROSSING THE COMMONWEALTH EDISON PROPERTY
ADJACENT TO 127~~ STREET EAST OF U.S.ROUTE 30.
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield has requested an easement from
Commonwealth Edison fox the purpose of installing a new water main adjacent to 127tH
Street.
WHEREAS, Commonwealth Edison has provided an agreement to convey these
needed easements to the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Plainfield that the Commanwealth Edison Water Main
agreement, dated September 9,2002, is acceptable and that the Village President be
authorized to execute this agreement.
