A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PHASE III
CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS OF THE LOCKPORT STREET BRIDGE
OVER LILY CACHE CREEK PURSUANT TO A JOINT AGREEMENT WITH THE
ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WXLL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby allocated, committed, and appropriated in the FY 2002 -
03 Budget, the sum of one hundred fifty-four thousand ($154,000) dollars for the Phase III
Construction ofthe Lockport Street Bridge over Lily Cache Creek, Phase III construction is
the subject of a joint agreement for federal participation as provided for in the Illinois
Department ofTransportation/Local Agency Agreement as Section 98-00029-00-BR, as
attached to this Resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
