The Board_ of Public ricr s of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session in the office of said Board r'_'_u'r°sda;,y", December 22,
1921, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being present
Messrs. von Pelee, Price , aihd Peitz, the following proceedings were
had to-wit •
- The City Engineer reported the completion of the contract under
improver'ent Resclnti on #607-1921 for the improvement of the west
C{
side of Mort --west. 7th St. by constracting cement curb, gutter and
sidewalk from Peacock itoad to a point 350'ft south . The Board ac-

cepted same and ordered -an -ass.assment r_oll prepared.
The Board app,rQred and signed the Contract & Bond of John F. Hip-
sl*ind, Contractor- under !of roxer_lent Resolution 4 615-1921. -
The Board accepted the resignation of 11orman UilSoh, City Fireman,
and appointed Roy W. Dye fireman, to fill his place.
The City Attorney was instructed to prcperly prepare a petition
for the wideiin : of School St . for 'that part which is in the County
being: that part of a street widening from the G. R. & I. R.R. to
5th Street , also from Bridge 3ve. to the alley east of Boyer St. ,
- and present sane to the City Bnineer.
In the matter of removing the old building owned by Albert D. 1!iarsh
the W. 1 t St. the Board allowed Mr.

Marsh all the material in this dvtelling to be removed by him at no
expense to the City , and at a tide when notified by the Board of
Public i'Vorks to do so.

The Board approved the various pay rolls up to December 16th, 1921.
-Owing to the fact that Monday , December 26th , 1921 is to be a Holi-
day for Christmas Celebration, the .Board cad j ouuned to meet Thursday
December 29ti , 1921.
