The Board of Public Works of the City` of Richriond, Indiana, net
in regular sessi on in the offi ce of said Board Monday, December
19, 1927., at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being

The Board took up the matter of rreparirg _a contract with John
Eipskind, for the construction of a relief sewer in Randolph St .
under improvement resolution 2615-4921, and it was agreed by
all parties concerned that ti,e liquidated damages of $100.00
per day as heretofore decided upon be reduced to y25.00 per day
and the City Atty. instructed to draw up contract accordingly.
The Board then adjourned.

being present Messrs . von Fein, Price, and Peitz the following
proceedings .were had to-wit:--
The Board met to receive the report in regard to the reducing
of the Electric Light &. Power rates. Er. Perk, ExpertAccount-
ant, erk presented a detailed report , which on moti on was
accepted
and ordered placed on file.
The Board then adjourned.
