The Board of Public Works of the City" of Richmond, Indiana , pet
in regular seesi on in the office of said Board Monday, December
19 , 1921, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being
present -Messrs° von Pein, Price, and Pelts , the following pro--
ceedi nr s were had to-wit : -
The Board took up the matter of preparing-a contract with John
Hipski.nd, for the construction of a relief sewer in Randolph St . I/
under improvement resolutions f615-1921, and it was agreed by
all parti es concerned that the liquidated damages of y?100.00
per day as heretofore decided upon be reduced to 25.00 per day
and the City Atty. instructed to draw up contract accordingly.
The Board then adjourned.

in Special Session in the office of said Board Tuesday, Decent.
ber 20th , 1921, at 11 A.M. All the members of the said Board
being present Messrs. . von Pein, Price, and Pelts the following
proceedings were had to-wit :-
The Board pet to receive the report in regard to the reducing
of the Electric Light & Power rates. Er. Perk, Expert Account--
ant, presented a detailed report, which on motion was accepted
annd ordered placed on file.
