A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PHASE III
CONSTRUCTION 1MPROVEMENTS FOR VAN DYKE ROAD FROM 143Ru
STREET TO THE WEST NORMAN DRAIN PURSUANT TO A JOINT
AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby allocated, committed, and appropriated in the FY 2001-
02 Budget, the sum of one hundred eighty-nine thousand ($189,000) dollars for the Phase III
Construction. work for Van Dyke Road from 143rd Street to the West Norman Drain. Phase 111
construction is the subject of a joint agreement for federal participation. as provided for in the
Illinois Department of Transportation/Local Agency Agreement as Section 9b-00025-01-WR,
as attached to this Resolution.
SECTION 2: "this Resolution shall be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
PASSED this 4th day of March , 2002 with 5 - -members voting aye, ~
merr-bers voting nay, the President not voting, and with 1 members absent, said vote
being:0'Connell, yes; Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes;
Collins, absent; Swa1we11, yes.
