A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PHASE III
CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS FOR VAN DYKE ROAD FROM 143R°
STREET TO THE WEST NORMAN DRAIN PURSUANT TO A JOINT
AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby allocated, cornrnitted, and appropriated in the FY 2001-
02 Budget, the sum of six hundred ninety nine thousand ($699,000) dollars for the Phase III
Construction work for Van Dyke Road from 143rd Street to the West Norman Drain. Fhase III
construction is the subject of a joint agreement for federal participation as provided far in the
Illinois Department of Transportation/Local Agency Agreement as Section 96-00025-O1-WR,
as attached to this Resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
PASSED this 4th day of _February___, 2002 with 6 members voting aye, 0
members voting nay, the Fresident not voting, and with 0 members absent, said vote
being: Collins, yes; Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes; Thomson, yes;
Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes.
