Railroad; by constructing a cement roadway in said alley the full width thereof, from North 22nd to North 23rd St. The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution f615-1921 to construct a Re-lief Sewer in Randolph Street ; running from the river bottom on Lot No. 6 Blanchard et-al Out-Lots ; thence in a north-westwardly direction over and across Lot No. 6 , Blanchard , et-al Out-Lots and Lot 13 Anna Madden' s Sub-Div. to ' _,sndolph and north-west 1st Street; thence west in Randolph St . to North-west 5th St. ; thence south on North-west 5th St . to the Peacock Road. Bills to the amount of 0 ,940.27 were allowed. The Board approved the various pay rolls up to Nov. 26th , 1921. Dec. 1, 1921. The Board of Public Works of the City of "Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, Decem- ber 1, 1921, ; at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Bcard being - present Messrs. von Fein, Price, and Peitz the following proceed ings were had to-wit : - - TheBoard met to hear all persons interested in, or whose pro- perty is affected by the widening of School St, from the West line of Lot 189 to the east line of alley east Of lot 1 in the I/ Benton Heights Acid. under Declaratory Resolution #156 - 1921; no one appearing and no remonstrance having been filed the Board took final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification, and the Board ordered that a roll be pre- pared of all owners or holders of property, and all valuable in- trest therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, ' and which list or roll shall also describe the property benefici- ally affected. Thursday, December 1 , 1921. 179 The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory ?esolution #157 - 1921 to condemn ground for Park Purposes in the City of Richmond, in Wayne County, of the State of Indiana, by the condemnation and ap- propriation of sufficient lots and lands for such Park purposes . specifically described as follows , to-wit :- Being lot 6 , laid out by the Richmond Trading & Manufacturing Company in the South-west - one-quarter Section 32; Township 14 ; Range 1 west , and known as Lot No. 6 of the Blanchard et al Addition to the City of Richmond, Indi e na. The Board received a bid- from the Burdsall & Willett Co. to furnish labor and material for cutting opening, and placing I beams, frame and doors in the rear of City Bldg. as per instructions given by Del Davis, City Engineer, for the sum of 0147.00. Mr. Peltz moved that the bid by accepted and the 'contract so awarded. Seconded by Mr. Price motion prevailed. The Board then adjourned. ?Lt Attest : - e Pres. of t,_e Board. Clerk of the Board. Property on W. 1st St . National Road to Main Street both - sides $ 0.441 per running foot. South-west 2nd St. both sides from National Road to "E" St. 0.22-4/W per running foot. South-west 2nd St. both sides from National Road to Main St. 0.19-.7/10c/ per running foot. -Property E. of a point 132' E. of proposed opening of.
