RESOLUTION No . 1310
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PHASE II ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE LOCKPORT STREET BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT
TO A .IOINT AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS as
follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby allocated, committed, and appropriated in the FY 2001-02
Budget, the sum of sixty thousand ($60,000) dollars for the Phase II Engineering work for the
Lockport Street Bridge Project over Lily Cache Creek. The engineering work is the subject of a
joint agreement for federal participation as provided for in the Illinois Department of
Transportation/Local Agency Agreement as Section 98-00029-00-BR, as attached to this
Resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in frill force from and after its passage and
approval.
PASSED this 19 day of November .2001 with 6 members voting aye,
0 members voting nay, the President not voting, and with 0 members
absent, said vote being: yes: Swalwell, O' Connell, Thomson, Cherry, Calabrese,
Collins.
