RESOLUTION NO. 1 ~ 0 4
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield together with the Plainfield Township Road
District, the Plainfield Township Park District and the Will County Highway Department
desire to replace the Renwick Road Bridge; and,
WHEREAS, initial evaluation has produced intergovernmental agreements and a
sustained effort to proceed collectively;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees that it
supports the continuation of preliminary engineering and the submittal of the Surface
Transportation Frogram Application to the Will County Governmental League.
PASSED this 5 day of November, 2001 with 6 members voting aye,
0 members voting nay, the President not voting, and with 0 members
absent, said vote being: Collins, yes; Swa1we11, yes; O' Connell, yes; Thomson,
ye Cherry, s; Calabrese, yes.
