in regular sessi on in the office of said Board i onday7 October 31,
1921, at 9 :'i.Ii. fall the members of the said Board being present
Messrs . von Pei.'n., Price, and Peitz , the follot`iug prcceedin`?s were

The Board met to hear all persons interested in or whose property
I is affected b72- the vacati on of a r crti on of the lot al.ley south of
South "L„ Street running frog, south 7th to South 0th St. under
Declaratory itesolution t 155-1921, no one -appeari up' and renon-
str nce having been filed the Board took fi rr.1 adti on on said re-
solution, the same being confirmed ?: thout modification, and the
Board ordered that a roll tie prepared of all o'ners cr holders of
property and all valuable interest therein sought to be taken , or
to be injuriously affected , and which list or roll shall also de-
scribe the property beneficially affected, and the Boyd fixed a
price to be assessed as benefits at ' 3.00 per front foot on South
• 7th St.

The Board received bids for i he improvement of- _ eeveston Road
from South l8th to South 19th St. under In ro en m t ilesolution

Mr. Peitz moved that as the bid was above the City Engineer' s
estimate that it be re.:ected , and the Clerk. instructed to re-
advertise for bids. Seconded by Mr. Price motion prevailed.
The Board then adj curbed.

The Board of Public Jcrks of the City of Ribhmond , Indiana , met -_.-
in regular session in the office of said Board Monday, November
7th , 1921, at 9 .t.iT. All the members of the said Board being
present Messrs. von Pein, Price , and Peitz , the following pro -
ceedings were had to-wit : - ---
The Board approved the peti ti ors of Chas. T. H. Bond for permis-
sion to cut the curb under private contract for a 10' 6" drive-- -
way at 208 North 17th street subject to the approval of the City
Bn i Weer.
The Board met to hear. all persons interested in, or whose pro-
- perty is affected by the r-rading So graveling of South 21st St.
from South "B" St. to Reeveston road under improvement Resolu-
tion =608--1921. No written remonstrance having been filed , and
after hearin,_ tualter butler aid. J. W. Sindell Who made verbal
remonstrances the Board took final action on said resolution the .
same bein confirmed without modification, and the Clerk was in-
