Pursuant to continuance to this date the .Board met to hear all per-
sons interested in or whose property is affected by the Improve-
ment Resolution :-606-1921 to improve Reeveston Road from South 18th
St . to South 23rd St. by grading 2, graveling the roadways. Mr.
Price moved that the original resolution be modified to read from
south 18th St . to the West Line. of South 19th St . Seconded by Mu.
.Peitz motion prevailed. No one remonstrating against said imnrove-
ment as modified the Bcard decided that the Benefits to property

liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of
same as estimated by the City Engineer. The Board thereupon tcok
r'inal Action on said resolution the same being confirmed as modi-
fied, and the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids,-
Bills to the amount of $16 ,684.94 were allowed.
The Board approved the various pay rolls up . to October 16th, 1921.
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Ind nc , met in
regular session in the office of said Board '=Monday October 24th
1921, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being present
Messrs. von Pein, Price , anid felt-z-she following proceedings were
had to-wit :-
The Board approved and signed the Contract betreen Stanley W. Hayes
- and the City of Richmond for electric current to be furnished said
Stanley Hayes by the Municipal Electric Lighting Poser Plant.
(See Contract ) .
