AND ALL GRANTS, AGREEMENTS,
DONATIONS/ENDOWMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE BOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
that the Mayor is authorized to execute any and all documents with regards to
Grants, Agreements, Donations /Endowments on behalf of the Borough of Carteret.
