RESOLUTION l ~ ~d"
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield requires the extension of public utilities and
roadways to service existing and proposed school and park facilities; and,
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield has been unable to secure the required rights of
way and/or easements to extend these public improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Plainfield to petition the State of Illinois and ask their assistance in
acquiring property 5,349 linear feet by 30 feet along the south side of 127t" Street for
roadway, public utility and drainage purposes as depicted generally on the map attached.
