RESOLUTION NO. 12 7 6
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES AND
REGULATIONS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL.
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield
adopted Personnel Rules and Regulations commonly known as the Village of Plainfield
Personnel Policy Manual on October 5, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLAINFIELD BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as
follows:
Effective in January of 2001, the payday for all Village employees will be on
Friday following the close of the pay period instead of Wednesday following the close of
the pay period. Checks will be available by 10 A.M. on payday Fridays.
This Resolution shall be effective December 182000.

Subject: Paydays
Effective in January of 2001, the payday for all Village employees will be on Friday
following the close of the pay period instead of Wednesday following the close of the gay
period. This is necessary because of the ever-increasing number of employees and the
deadline for the Finance Department to get information to the bank for direct deposit
purposes.
For the transition, the Village will adhere to the following schedule far paydays far
January of 2001:
January 5, 2001: Payment of the two-week time period of December 18, 2000
through December 31, 2000.
January 19, 2001: Payment for the two-week time period of January 1, 2001
through January 14, 2001.
February 2, 2001 Payment for the 2 week pay period of January 15 through
January 28, 2001.
Thereafter, payday will be on the Friday following the close of the 2-week pay period on
Sunday. Checks will be available by 10 AM on payday Fridays.
