RESOLUTION NO. 12 7 4
FACILITY PLANNING AREA EXPANSION
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois (hereinafter referred
to as "Plainfield") endorses the Illinois Water Quality Management Plan Amendment to
modify the Village's current Facilities Planning Area to include approximately 823 acres
in Section 36 of Oswego Township and Section 1 of Na-Au-Say Township, Kendall
County, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BY THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Village of Plainfield hereby endorses the Facility Planning Area Amendment
Request to be submitted to the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission on
December 18, 2000.
SECTION 2.
The Village of Plainfield authorizes the Village Administrator, Terrance L.
Burghard, to act on their behalf in this matter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
PRESENTED and passed by the Board of Trustees on a roll call vote on the 18
Day of December 2000 with 6 Trustees voting aye, 0 Trustees voting
nay, 0 Trustees abstaining, and with 0 Trustees absent, President Rock
voting not :said vote being: 6 / 0 .Trustees voting: Calabrese Yes ;
